We're seeking an organised, detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Associate to join our friendly, fast-paced team of four, helping to keep our warehouse and delivery operations running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and processing daily orders, picklists, and dispatch paperwork.
\n
• Scheduling deliveries with transport carriers and confirming details.
\n
• Keeping delivery records up to date in systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
\n
• Handling freight documents, CHEP dockets, and pallet reconciliations.
\n
• Updating delivery trackers and communicating changes to the team.
\n
• Helping resolve delivery delays, shortages, or issues.
\n
• Assisting with reporting and process improvements.
\n
• Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised.
\n

What You'll Bring

• Year 12 certificate or some experience in logistics, administration, or customer service.
\n
• Good numerical skills and high attention to detail.
\n
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Confidence with Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Outlook & Word.
\n
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
\n
• A proactive, can‐do attitude and willingness to learn.
\n
• Driver's licence (preferred but not essential).
\n
