• CONCRETE CUTTER - experienced across cutting, drilling and sawing, ready to own your own jobs start to finish.
\n
• SUPERVISOR / LEADING HAND - you’ve run crews before, you can read a job before it goes wrong, and you want the authority to actually fix it.

GOLD COAST CONCRETE CUTTING is a family run business local to the Gold Coast (obviously) that specialises in a range of concrete cutting and demolition services across commercial and residential networks to suit all client needs, including Wire Sawing, Wall Sawing, Road Sawing, Cutting & Drilling… & we’re looking for an extra pair of hands to join our growing company!

Need to relocate? We’ll pay you a $3,000 relocation bonus if you’re with us for 3 months.

\n

$55-$65p/hr subject to skill level (We’ll pay the best, for the best!)

Supervisors and leading hands: rate negotiated above the band on experience. Come and talk to us.

Overtime available or option to accrue TOIL if preferred

Most of our operators are taking home $2,500+ per week

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: \n

Fully Autonomy! Be responsible for your own jobs, with freedom to work how you like

\n

Plan & organise daily tasks, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

\n

Enforce safety protocols & procedures to maintain a safe working environment

\n

Maintain accurate records of work hours and materials used

\n

Foster a positive working environment & facilitate effective internal communication

\n

Act as the primary liaison between clients & internal teams

Our ideal applicant has: \n

\n
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Cutting, Drilling & Sawing
\n
• Hold a manual driver’s licence
\n
• White card & ability to get a national police clearance
\n
• First Aid & CPR training (will pay to undertake if haven’t already obtained)
\n
• Tech savvy (we use iPhones daily)
\n
• Ability to follow all WH&S policies & procedures
\n
• Ability to travel out of town for short overnight stays if necessary
\n
• Good customer service skills & the confidence to liaise with clients
\n
• Desire to grow professionally
\n
