We are currently seeking an experienceed Law Cle rk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy and established Workers Compensation practice .

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career in plaintiff law within a supportive and high-performing team

About the Role \n

Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing public liability files from inception through to resolution. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship while developing your technical and client management skills

Key responsibilities include \n

\n
• Drafting correspondence and court documents
\n
• Liaising with clients, insurers & medical providers
\n
• Assisting with liability investigations and evidence gathering
\n
• Preparing briefs and supporting matter progression
\n
• Managing file administration and key deadlines
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have \n

\n
• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is essential
\n
• Exposure to workers compensation matters (highly regarded)
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
\n
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury
\n
