Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10 million.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PM who enjoys taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover and wants to work within a collaborative team environment.

Project Manager | D&C New Build The Role \n

\n
• Manage multiple Deisgn & Construct new build projects valued up to $10m.
\n
• Oversee project programming, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
\n
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
\n
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control.
\n
• Lead project delivery from design coordination through to practical completion.
\n

About You \n

\n
• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within commercial construction.
\n
• Track record delivering new build projects valued between $2m and $10m.
\n
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to lead site teams and drive project outcomes.
\n
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
\n
