Young Henrys, founded in 2012 in Newtown, began with a mission to SERVE THE PEOPLE by bringing greater innovation and fun to the beer industry. Since then, we have grown to produce a wide range of beverages including cider and gin, serving customers across Australia! About the Role: \n
We need an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager on-board as we open our new venue this October. This bar will be a neighbourhood hub where music, community mateship, and incredible froths collide. This is not an office-bound role. Our Venue Manager will be the face of the venue leading the crew straight from the floor and making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story.
Key Responsibilities: \n
About You: \n
4+ years management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume pub or craft taproom.
\n
Demonstrated P&L control and working knowledge of POS software & Excel.
\n
Proven experience hiring, rostering & developing teams.
\n
You possess a love for independent beer and the counter-culture community that surrounds it.
\n
You hold a current valid local compliance certification (RSA and Approved Manager status).
\n
You are highly organised, self-sufficient, and commercial
\n
Cocktail experience would be beneficial.
