Chisholm is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Management Coordinator for our Campus Services & Infrastructure team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Procurement & Contract Management Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

• Provide specialist contract management advice and recommendations on procurement strategy, supplier performance, risk mitigation and contract governance across Campus Services & Infrastructure.
• Coordinate and oversee procurement and purchasing activities throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, governance requirements, legislative obligations and procurement objectives.
• Facilitate supplier performance meetings, contract reviews and commercial discussions, providing recommendations that support improved contract outcomes and service delivery.
• Lead the coordination and administration of contract lifecycle activities, including contract establishment, performance monitoring, variations, extensions, renewals and expiry management.
• Conduct procurement compliance reviews and audits across CSI procurements, identifying risks, non-conformances and opportunities for improved governance, efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.
• Coordinate the resolution of supplier performance issues and contract-related concerns in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills with the ability to interpret and apply procurement policies, contractual requirements and governance frameworks, experience conducting contract performance monitoring, supplier evaluations and procurement compliance activities and analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

You will have experience developing and improving procurement and contract management processes, procedures and reporting frameworks, a proven ability to provide specialist advice and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and you are proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Tech One, SharePoint.

Qualifications required for the role

• Relevant qualifications such as Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce, or extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education or training.
• Procurement and service provider management experience preferably within a government setting.
