Beachmere Hotel is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.

Located in the heart of Beachmere, our venue offers a busy gaming room, TAB facilities, bar and bistro, and regular events. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers great customer service.

About the Role

\n

\n
• Provide excellent service in the Gaming Room and TAB area
\n
• Process TAB bets and assist customers with enquiries
\n
• Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with RSG regulations
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of gaming and TAB areas
\n
• Assist the wider team during busy periods when required
\n

About You

\n

\n
• Previous experience in Gaming and/or TAB preferred
\n
• Strong customer service skills
\n
• Good understanding of gaming compliance
\n
• Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
\n
• Minimum 1-2 years of gaming or TAB experience required
\n
• Advanced understanding of gaming compliance regulations and procedures required
\n

Certifications Required

• RSA
\n
• RSG
\n
• Both RSA and RSG certifications must be held before commencing employment
\n
