Avive Health is a private mental health provider established in 2021, delivering integrated inpatient and day programs. Our services focus on continuity of care, supporting patients through assessment, treatment and recovery within a structured clinical environment.

About the Role \n

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs/EENs) to join our inpatient mental health team in Windsor QLD, with full-time, part-time and casual roles available.

\n

This role involves delivering safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. You will support patients across a range of programs including mental health, substance use, trauma and dual diagnosis.

\n

Shifts are available across a 7-day roster, including morning, afternoon and night duty.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care \n

\n
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients
\n
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress and **escalate** clinical concerns
\n
• Administer medications in line with policies and legislative requirements
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
\n
• Support patients through admission, treatment and discharge processes
\n
• Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
\n
• Facilitate or assist with group programs where required
\n
• Work closely with nursing, medical and allied health teams
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and handovers
\n
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment
\n

Quality & Compliance \n

\n
• Adhere to policies, procedures and clinical standards
\n
• Participate in incident reporting and risk management processes
\n
• Support quality improvement and accreditation activities
\n

About You \n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

\n

\n
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
\n
• Experience in mental health nursing or a strong interest in developing in this area
\n
• Understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Ability to work across a rotating roster
\n

Mandatory Requirements \n

\n
• Relevant nursing qualification and current registration
\n
• Current Police Check (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain
\n
• Evidence of required immunisations
\n
