Assistant Store Manager | Surf Dive 'n Ski Yamanto | Part Time \n

We love what we do, you could too! Help lead the team as the new Assistant Store Manager / 2IC at Surf Dive n Ski Yamanto!

ABOUT THE ROLE \n

As Assistant Store Manager / 2IC, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager to drive sales results and customer service in your store.

\n

This is a part-time position, working a set roster of 24.75 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday.

\n

In this role, you will:

\n

    \n
  • Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
    • \n
  • Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
    • \n
  • Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
    • \n
  • Coach and mentor your team
    • \n
  • Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
    • \n

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded Assistant Retail Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

  • Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
