Part-Time Customer Service Specialist — Community Banking Impact

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a fixed term, part-time role in Smithton. The roster is 45 hours per fortnight, three days per week: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This role focuses on helping customers with transactions, guiding digital banking, and advising on products while keeping risk in mind. You will deliver exceptional service, build community connections, and access our learning programs and benefits.
