Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator \n

We're looking for a talented and enthusiasticGraphic Designer & Social Media Content Creatorto join the team behindLisa Pollock - Art from the Heart andDWBH Homewares .

\n

This role will suit a creative all rounder whow can support the graphic design team as well as take the reins with our social media scheduling.

\n

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, IN HOUSE ROLE. 8am - 4pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

What you'll be doing… \n

Working alongside our existing creative team to support them across a variety of graphic design projects.

\n

This may include but not be limited to:

\n

\n
• Applying/adaptingLisa Pollock artworkacross different products and product formats
\n
• Creating product layouts and mock-ups
\n
• Potentially developing patterns, backgrounds, trims, typography & graphic elements
\n
• Creating colour variations and adapting designs across collections
\n
• Preparing artwork and files for product sampling and production
\n
• Preparing packaging, swing tags, inserts and other supporting product graphics
\n
• Assisting with catalogues, promotional graphics, signage and marketing collateral
\n
• Preparing digital graphics for websites, email marketing and promotions
\n

\n

A strong understanding of how to take existing artwork and make it work beautifully across different product shapes and applications will be important.

Social Media & Content Creation \n

A major part of this role will be taking ownership of the planning and creation of social media content across both brands.

\n

You'll be involved in:

\n

\n
• Planning and maintaining our social media content calendar
\n
• Developing ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, launches and campaigns
\n
• Photographing products, lifestyle content, team moments and behind-the-scenes activity
\n
• Filming and editing Reels and short-form video
\n
• Creating branded graphics and digital content
\n
• Scheduling and publishing social media content
\n
• Helping maintain a consistent look, feel and personality across each brand
\n
• Identifying everyday opportunities within the business that could become great social content
\n
• Keeping across relevant social media trends and content ideas
\n
• Simple lifestyle photography
\n
• Styling products for shoots
\n
• Photography for product launches and new arrivals
\n
• Editing photo and video content ready for social and digital use
\n

\n

You don't need to be a professional photographer or videographer, but you should have agood visual eye and be confident creating quality content with a camera &/or i-Phone/i-Pad . We need someone who doesn't just wait to be told what to post — we want someone who is naturally thinking…This would make great content!

\n

We're also preparing to develop new websites for our brands, so experience in this area is Highly Regarded! Depending on your experience, you may assist with:

\n

\n
• Website graphics and banners
\n
• Preparing and organising product imagery
\n
• Product and collection content
\n
• Website layouts and visual presentation
\n
• Uploading and updating content
\n

MUST HAVE Skills & Experience: \n

\n
• Graphic Design qualifications and significant industry experience
\n
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularlyPhotoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
\n
• A strong understanding of colour, typography, layout and composition
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital applications
\n
• Strong Knowledge, understanding & experience creating social media content
\n
• Photography and/or video content experience
\n
• Clear & up to date knowledge of posting & back end data analysis for Instagram and Facebook {Meta}
\n

And even better if you have experience with: \n

\n
• Giftware, homewares, fashion, lifestyle or retail brands
\n
• Shopify &/or other E-commerce websites
\n
• Website content handling
\n
• Surface pattern and repeat design
\n
• Product &/or Lifestyle photography
\n
• CapCut or similar video editing software
\n
• Meta Business Suite
\n
