An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced or up-and-coming Commercial Property Manager to join one of Brisbane’s most established and highly regarded commercial real estate agencies.

With a strong presence across the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets, the business provides end-to-end commercial property services across management, sales and leasing. You will join an experienced and collaborative team managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets.

Your role:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and option management
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor services
• Preparing budgets, financial reports and property recommendations
• Monitoring rent arrears and tenant obligations
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Managing outgoings and annual reconciliations
• Working closely with the leasing and sales teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and client outcomes

About You:

• Previous commercial property management experience
• A strong understanding of commercial leases and property legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
