Assistant Store Manager, Stockroom Operations - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, QLD \n

We are on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in the Gold Coast.

\n

This role aims to support the operational requirements of the store, with specific focus on efficient stockroom and stock-to-floor processes.

\n

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities include: \n

\n
• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
\n
• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
\n
• Effectively managing all retail stockroom/product operations, implementing and driving best practice with the stockroom team.
\n
• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
\n
• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
\n
• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
\n
• Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
\n
• Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experience.
\n
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
\n

Requirements \n

To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience \n

• Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
\n
