Our Case Managers walk alongside women and gender diverse people, offering person-centred support that helps them feel safe, seen and empowered to build the future they want.

Every day you will create safe and inclusive spaces, nurture connection and resilience, and champion social justice in practical and meaningful ways. You will collaborate closely with residents, partners and colleagues, using your professional expertise and compassion to support positive change.

With a strong focus on access and intake, you'll help women identify and access supports that enhance safety, wellbeing, and stability, while also providing case management support across programs, including leave cover and overflow caseloads.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• hold qualifications and experience in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
\n
• bring experience delivering case management, including risk assessment, crisis intervention, and holistic support planning
\n
• demonstrate strong trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice
\n
• understand the homelessness and housing sector, including systemic challenges and supports
\n
• can build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams and communities
\n
• value intersectional feminism, advocacy, and purpose‑driven work
\n
• enjoy a supportive, values‑led culture and working closely with community
\n
