Mercy Community is seeking Part-Time and Casual Hotel Services (Catering and Cleaning) Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll make a real difference every day by delivering high-quality hospitality and support services that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

What you’ll do
\n
As a Support Service Worker, no two days are the same! You’ll take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents through:
\n
- \n
- Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of nutritious meals \n
- Supporting dietary needs and preferences \n
- Preparing beverages and serving meals to HACCP standards \n
- Keeping dining areas clean, inviting, and enjoyable \n
- Maintaining resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard \n
- Conducting full cleans of vacated rooms to welcome new residents \n
- Delivering laundry services with care and efficiency \n

About you
\n
You’re a compassionate and reliable team player who takes pride in your work. You bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

- Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent) – desirable \n
- Previous experience in a similar role – desirable \n
- Valid police check or willingness to obtain one \n
