  • \n
  • Creating repeatable formats and series that fans come back for week after week
  • \n
  • Cutting the biggest and best moments
  • \n
  • Jumping on breaking news and moving quickly when the league makes headlines
  • \n
  • Working with the NBL, clubs, journalists, producers, and talent to create content no one else can get

  • Experience producing and filming content with athletes, on-ground and on the fly
  • \n
  • Fast, sharp video editing and design skills in Adobe Suite
  • \n
  • A knack for ideas, from one-off reactive content to formats with legs
  • \n
  • An instinct for pacing, hooks, and keeping people watching
  • \n
  • Strong editorial judgement and a clear sense of when to be first and when to be right
  • \n
  • A solid grasp of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube and what works on each
