What We're Looking For: \n
You are a technically strong, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with:

- \n
- At least 5 years PAE in private practice (Associate or Senior Associate level) \n
- A strong background in corporate and commercial law \n
- In-depth knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulatory frameworks \n
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills \n
- A commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building and client service \n
- The ability to provide strategic legal advice in fast-evolving industries \n
The Work You’ll Do: \n
This role offers variety and challenge, with a strong focus on:

- Mergers & acquisitions \n
- Commercial contracts and corporate governance \n
- Legal work in digital assets, fintech, and other emerging sectors \n
- Drafting shareholder and share sale agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and delivering strategic counsel under the Corporations Act \n

You’ll work alongside industry-respected Partners and senior lawyers, contributing to high-value matters while continuing to sharpen your expertise.
