Working alongside a high performing property management team, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
The Role:
\n Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division of 6, and work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Senior with a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your day to day responsibilities will include:

- \n
- Assisting in the management of 300 high end properties \n
- Effectively liaise with tenants & some landlords \n
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections \n
- Complete repairs & maintenance management \n
- Arrears control \n
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals \n
- Working towards targets and KPI’s \n
- NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts \n
The Candidate: \n
- \n
- Previous Real Estate experience \n
- A current Certificate of Registration & own car \n
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) \n
- Parking & mobile phone provided \n
- Be a motivated self-starter \n
