Our Melbourne Manufacturing team has a well established presence in pharmaceutical and medical device recruitment, working with a strong existing client base across QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs and R&D. We are growing the desk and looking for someone ready to build a genuine career in this space.
What you will be doing
- Managing end to end recruitment across manufacturing, QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs and R&D roles for our established pharma and medical device clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking and proactive outreach, building genuine talent pipelines rather than just reacting to job ads
- Developing client relationships within our existing network and finding new opportunities to grow them
- Building deeper knowledge of GMP regulated environments as you go, with our full support behind you
- Working closely with a hands on manager who genuinely wants to see you build a specialist career here

What you will bring
- Recruitment experience, ideally 1 to 3 years, with some exposure to a regulated manufacturing or scientific environment
- An interest in the compliance and quality standards that shape hiring in these settings
- Confidence picking up the phone and building real relationships with people
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine drive to grow in this space
