Next Level Elevators is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our NSW team in Rosebery.

\n

Sitting at the heart of our sales operation, you'll help manage the customer journey from first enquiry through to project handover. You'll coordinate customer enquiries, sales administration and CRM activity, while working closely with our sales and operational teams.

\n

This is a varied, hands‐on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping on top of the detail and making sure customers and colleagues have what they need, when they need it.

Sitting at the heart of our sales operation, you'll help manage the customer journey from first enquiry through to project handover. You'll coordinate customer enquiries, sales administration and CRM activity, while working closely with our sales and operational teams.

What you'll be doing

\n

\n
• Be a welcoming first point of contact for customers by phone, email, online and in our Rosebery showroom
\n
• Manage incoming enquiries, qualify leads and allocate them to the appropriate sales consultant
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up outstanding and aged enquiries
\n
• Support the sales team with sales closure, order processing and invoicing
\n
• Coordinate project drawings, approvals and revisions
\n
• Track project stages and help keep key actions on schedule
\n
• Coordinate handover of sold projects to production and procurement
\n
• Provide general sales and administrative support to the NSW team
\n
• Help with front‐of‐house and the smooth day‐to‐day running of the Rosebery office
\n

About you

\n

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident with customers and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll enjoy following things through, spotting what's missing and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

\n

You'll ideally bring:

\n
• 3+ years' experience in sales support, sales administration or a similar coordination role
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
\n
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel
\n
• Experience using a CRM or similar business system
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
\n
• A proactive, positive and team‐focused approach
\n

\n

Experience in construction, building services, manufacturing or a related industry would be an advantage, but isn't essential. Simpro experience would also be helpful.
