• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 am - Midnight

About the role

• Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to the nursing team in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager.
• Lead by example and promote high-quality, person-centred care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Support a fast-paced, specialised dialysis service with exposure to both outpatient and acute inpatient haemodialysis.
• Contribute to quality improvement, accreditation and clinical excellence.
• Work collaboratively with medical, allied health and wider Renal Services teams.
• Support and develop staff while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

About you

We are looking for a passionate nurse leader who brings:

• Demonstrated haemodialysis experience and strong renal nursing knowledge.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership capability and a commitment to developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• A commitment to quality, safety and the relevant National Standards.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
• Postgraduate qualifications in renal nursing or leadership are desirable.
• Experience with Baxter Artis machines is desirable
