This is a pivotal, revenue driving role focused on maximising performance across finance, insurance, and warranty products.

\n

This role is suited to a motivated, results-driven person who thrives in a performance environment who wants to take full ownership of their outcomes. Experience within theautomotive industryis preferred but not essential.

\n

This role would suit candidates with experience in Sales, Banking, Finance.

What will you be doing? \n

You will play a lead role in the front-end process, working closely with the sales team to strengthen the overall sales journey, improve conversion, and maximise opportunities across finance, insurance, and extended warranty products.

In this role, you will carry out the following tasks:

• Be the face of our business!

• Key position within our Dealership, the Business Manager will offer market-leading financial products through Australia's largest automotive financier: Toyota Finance
\n
• You will be committed to providing an outstanding customer experience, each and every time.
\n
• Generate new business and secure motor vehicle finance and insurance
\n
• Working closely with our sales team and play an integral role in maximising dealership sales
\n
• Prepare financial documents and contracts
\n
• Attend regular training to invest in your knowledge
\n
• Meet set targets and KPIs and reap the rewards!
