A little about EMP
\n
Enhance Move Perform is an independent Exercise Physiology clinic on the industrial side of Caringbah.
\n
We work with a varied caseload across the lifespan, with a mix of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic conditions, healthy ageing and general strength and conditioning, across private, WorkCover/CTP, NDIS, Medicare and DVA.
\n
We're growing, but want to keep what matters most: great clinical care, genuine relationships and a place people actually enjoy coming to.
\n
The role
\n
You'll manage your own varied caseload through a mix of 1:1 and semi-private sessions, with a maximum of three clients in each semi-private class.
\n
Semi-private exercise is a big part of EMP, helping clients build independence and accountability while still receiving individualised programming and progression.
\n
You'll manage assessments, programming, documentation, reports, client follow-up and stakeholder communication, with protected time to get it done.
\n
You'll have plenty of clinical autonomy, alongside ongoing mentoring and a culture where bouncing around ideas and asking questions is encouraged.
\n
We're looking for someone who

Experience across musculoskeletal rehab, older adults, neurological conditions and compensable schemes is highly regarded. If you bring expertise we don't currently have, even better.
