IT Business Analyst - 12month Fixed Term Contract \n

Cadence Connect is exclusively partnering with our top tier, industry leading client, to appoint an accomplished, technically astute Business Analyst, for a Transformation & Delivery, high-impact contract.

\n

This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in identifying business improvement opportunities, shaping practical solutions and supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

\n

Operating across both Business Analysis and Project Delivery, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to turn business needs into clear requirements, better processes and successful implementation outcomes.

You are an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys working at the intersection of people, process and technology.

\n

You know how to ask the right questions, bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll be equally comfortable facilitating a workshop with stakeholders, documenting detailed requirements or coordinating delivery activity to keep an initiative moving.

Demonstrated experience across business analysis, process improvement and business change, ideally with exposure to project delivery or transformation environments.

• Requirements gathering, workshops, process mapping and business analysis

• Business, system, data and reporting requirements
\n
• Current-state analysis, gap assessments and future-state solutions
\n
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and business units
\n
• Project plans, actions, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery reporting
\n
• Testing, implementation, business readiness, training and adoption
\n
• Technology teams, vendors and cross-functional delivery partners
\n

\n

Experience across systems implementation, integration, SaaS, CRM, workflow, reporting, automation or digital transformation will be highly regarded.

\n

Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation or responsible AI-enabled business improvement will also be viewed favourably.

\n

Prior industry exposure in healthcare, medical services, retail, multi-site or multi-brand environments will be highly regarded. We are equally interested in strong transformation professionals who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience from other complex, customer-focused or service-based organisations.

\n

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience is expected. Additionally, your business analysis or project management certification will be viewed favourably.
