WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure a smooth freight process within a dynamic team.
• Liaise with International Agents, Carriers and Vendors
• Work with internal departments to streamline operations
• Track and Trace Import files, ensuring accurate and UpToDate files.
• Effective communication with overseas offices and agents.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3-5 years' local experience within Import Operations
• Experienced with FCL, LCL, Air and FAK's ideally
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, scheduling deliveries etc
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude
• Clear concise written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with CargowiseEDI ESSENTIAL
• Proven stable career history
