About the role:
\n
Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a Hospital Cleaner at Healesville Hospital (Healesville, Victoria) on permanent, Part-Time basis. Located 1 hour 20 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, Healesville hospital is a small rural public hospital servicing the local Yarra community. Working within a small, close-knit team, the incumbents will provide essential cleaning services across the site.

Shifts:
\n
The incumbent must be able to work the following shift, with flexibility and additional hours available for the right person.
\n
Sunday 10am to 5:30pm and Monday, 10am to 4:30pm
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Perform theatre cleaning to a high standard to ensure the continued hygienic use and safety of the theatre \n
- Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties \n
- Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff \n
- Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety \n

About you:

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service \n
- A strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to sterilisation and hygiene practice is required to be successful in this role \n
- Ability to workSunday 10am to 5:30pm and Monday, 10am to 4:30pm \n
- Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essential \n
- Current influenza vaccination, or ability to obtain, is essential \n
