About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our service operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and operational support to Service Managers \n
- Schedule technicians, service jobs, and routine maintenance activities \n
- Respond to customer enquiries and act as a key point of contact \n
- Coordinate and manage basic inspections and repair works \n
- Review and process service reports \n
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams \n
- Assist with other duties as required \n
