What’s the role?

Join a team that's helping Australian businesses invest in their future. As an Equipment Finance Manager, you'll work closely with our Commercial Banking teams to support and grow an Equipment Finance portfolio. You'll partner with business customers to understand their goals, cash flow needs and equipment requirements, providing tailored finance solutions that help keep their businesses moving.

You'll bring specialist equipment finance expertise to customer conversations, support deal origination and execution, and work collaboratively with bankers and internal stakeholders to deliver great outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships, grow a portfolio and be part of a high performing team focused on delivering market leading service and innovative financial solutions.

What do I need?

• Experience in Business Banking, Equipment Finance or commercial lending with exposure to managing or growing customer portfolios
• Ability to understand customer cash flow requirements and deliver tailored lending and equipment finance solutions
• Proven success building referral networks, generating new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships
• Experience partnering with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to originate, structure and execute finance solutions
• Strong knowledge of equipment finance products and the broader business banking landscape
