Monthly Salary: $6,500 AUD - $7,900 AUD gross per month (Approx. $78,000 AUD - $95,000 AUD per annum, dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and highly organized Patient Concierge & Client Success Specialist to join our premier healthcare/wellness client experience team. In this hybrid role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive world-class, empathetic support, seamless onboarding, and continuous care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy & Onboarding: Guide new patients through their care journey, explaining treatment schedules, service offerings, and addressing any initial queries with warmth and professionalism.
• Client Success & Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, proactively check in on their progress, manage satisfaction metrics, and handle feedback or escalations swiftly.
• Concierge Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and deliver personalized white-glove service for VIP clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with medical practitioners, administrative teams, and internal operations to ensure smooth patient transitions and clear communication.
• Data Management & CRM: Maintain accurate patient interaction records, track success milestones, and ensure adherence to privacy and health data regulations (e.g., Privacy Act 1988).

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client success, patient coordination, high-end hospitality, or healthcare administration.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural empathy for people from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling software.
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive patient data.
