All sorts Wyong is currently seeking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic 'Gym Sales Manager' to join our team at All Sorts Wyong

Working closesly with the Owner and Site Manager, we are seeking a Gym Sales Manager that is dedicated and passionate towards the Fitness Industry.
\n
This isnt just a Sales Job however your effort would be mainly sales focused.
\n
All Sorts Wyong is a Family Friendly gym which is located on site at the Wyong Milk Factory.
\n
The Central Coast is a very competitive space for Gym's currently however we do offer a different culture and decor in comparison to the other Gym's available.
\n
We appeal to a variety of fitness attendees with services such as Group Fitness Classes, Creche/Child Minding and 24/7 Access Gym Facility.
\n
The position has been listed as Full Time, we are open to a Hybrid role with the majority of time spent on site with some hours spent working from home.
Qualifications & experience \n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a Gym Environment \n
- Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness Preferred but not essential \n
- Experience in managing a team \n
- Experience in a Sales based role \n
Tasks & responsibilities \n
- \n
- Rostering of Gym Staff \n
- Managing of Group Fitness Timetable \n
- Working along side Competent and Decicated Creche Manager \n
- Managing of Gym Staff Performance \n
- Ensuring Cleaning Contractor is meeting set expectations \n
- Ensuring Gym Equipment is Working as per Purpose and maintained \n
- Conducting Membership Promotions to further grow Gym Membership \n
- Managing of Social Media Profiles \n
- Conducting and organsing target sales programs \n
- Flexible Working Hours \n
