Pizza Riviera Heatley is looking for a motivated and reliable Store Supervisor / Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our busy store.
\n
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will play a key role in leading the team, supporting staff development and ensuring our customers receive great service every time.
Key Responsibilities \n

- Oversee the daily operations of the store \n
- Allocate staff and ensure appropriate shift coverage \n
- Assist with staff training and manage staff availability \n
- Assist with rostering and labour management \n
- Maintain high standards of customer service \n
- Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards \n
- Complete stock ordering and monitor stock levels \n
- Minimise wastage and maintain appropriate stock control \n
- Follow food safety, workplace health and safety and company procedures \n
- Assist with achieving sales, service and operational targets \n
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture \n

- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends \n
