• Salary: Band 5 $78,154.75 - $90,691.48 + superannuation + monthly RDO

The opportunity

As the People Experience Officer, you'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience across the organisation. Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, you'll provide high quality People Experience administration, workforce compliance support, employee advice, reporting, and project coordination while contributing to People and Culture initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaged and high performing workplace.

What you’ll do

• Provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
• Respond to employee and leader enquiries, providing guidance on People Experience policies, processes and systems
• Monitor accurate employee records and workforce compliance requirements
• Coordinate People Experience projects, programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational outcomes
• Prepare workforce reports and support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and service delivery

What you need to succeed

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience providing HR administration and workforce support across a range of employee lifecycle activities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, customer focused approach
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
