We’re looking for someone who knows Shopify like the back of their hand. You will be responsible for executing the Marketing Calendar, eCommerce and CRM Strategy to drive commercial growth. The role manages and optimises Shopify and Klaviyo, using data and testing to improve the customer experience, campaign performance, conversion and retention. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with internal teams to drive results.

About your new role:

\n

\n
• Partner with the Head of Marketing to deliver the eCommerce and CRM strategy and roadmap
\n
• Launch product collections, campaigns, promotions and offers aligned with the Marketing Calendar
\n
• Maintain accurate Shopify product content, pricing, imagery, inventory and visual merchandising, informed by Style Arcade insights
\n
• Build and optimise Klaviyo campaigns and flows and brief the Design Team on all required assets
\n
• Analyse and report on sales, traffic, conversion and CRM performance to identify commercial opportunities
\n
• Improve website performance and customer experience through CRO, A/B testing and UX enhancements
\n
• Manage wholesale catalogues, B2B functionality and multi-market operations in AU and US
\n
• Manage Shopify updates, tools and workflows, coordinating agencies and developers to deliver enhancements and resolve technical issues
\n
• This in an office based role Mon‑Fri, 7:30am start - 4pm finish, with early finish on Fridays
\n

What will you bring?

\n

\n
• At least 3 years' experience using Shopify Plus within the retail or fashion industry
\n
• Experience in creating Klaviyo campaigns, SMS, and flows
\n
• Efficient communicator, highly organised and able to interpret data
\n
• Tertiary level education is well regarded
\n
• Generalist marketing background is also well regarded
\n
