DNA Recruitment is partnering with an established international technical-services organisation to appoint a commercially focused Regional Manager for its Western Australian operation.

\n

This senior leadership role has responsibility for sales, service delivery, projects and operational performance across the region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead WA operations across sales, service, projects and warehouse functions.
\n
• Develop and implement regional growth and operational strategies.
\n
• Manage performance against revenue, margin, cost and service targets.
\n
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
\n
• Support major tenders, projects and strategic sales opportunities.
\n
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing management team.
\n
• Improve operational efficiency, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
\n
• Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
\n
• Report regional results and priorities to senior executive leadership.
\n

About You

\n

\n
• Senior leadership experience within a technical, service-based or project-driven business.
\n
• Proven experience managing a regional operation, branch or multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, margins and profitability.
\n
• Demonstrated success in business growth, customer development and operational improvement.
\n
• Experience leading sales, service, maintenance, project or field-based teams.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Practical and hands-on leadership approach.
\n
• Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications will be advantageous.
\n

Experience within lifts and escalators, HVAC, building services, facilities maintenance, industrial equipment, construction services, electrical or mechanical services will be highly regarded.
