About the role and where you will be working:
We are seeking Multiskilled Carer to join our Residential Care teams at our facility in Kununurra WA.
As a Multiskilled Carer you will support residents with their daily living social and emotional needs delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity respect and independence. You will play an important role in enhancing residents well-being and quality of life ensuring they feel welcome valued and supported.
Juniper Gerdewoonem is a small residential home featuring 35 rooms with individualised support through person-centered care approach. The facility has access to various communal areas including multiple dining rooms a spacious central activity room and cozy lounge areas. The home has beautifully landscaped courtyards gardens and a fire pit. Gerdewoonem also collaborates with elders and local community members to foster a strong connection to culture and family.
