Contract to 16/05/2027 | On-site role based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit two experienced security-focused Principal Project Managers. In this role, you will work within the Cyber Security Program, leading the delivery of large-scale, complex ICT projects with a key focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across the public health system.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Oversee and deliver complex cyber security initiatives, specifically focused on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
\n
• Manage project performance, budgets, timeframes, and quality standards following Queensland Health's project management framework.
\n
• Develop written submissions, briefs, presentations, and information papers to enable informed decision-making for stakeholders.
\n
• Provide strategic input and ensure project deliverables align with Queensland Health architecture and quality standards.
\n
• Lead, guide, and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

About You:

\n

\n
• Demonstrated high-level expertise in project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
\n
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client-focused stakeholder relationships through strong negotiation and communication.
\n
• Extensive experience implementing, integrating, and migrating MFA solutions (e.g., RSA SecurID, Microsoft Entra ID) in large, federated environments.
\n
• Strong domain knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), directory services, and cyber security policies (e.g., IS18).
