Our client is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative and business support across their operations in QLD, VIC and SA .
\n
This is a varied role suited to an organised and proactive administrator who has experience working within the construction, trades or blue-collar industry . You will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, helping ensure day-to-day operations and smaller works are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities \n

- Provide general administration and business support \n
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of smaller works \n
- Manage and process timesheets \n
- Assist with invoice processing and approvals \n
- Coordinate flights and travel arrangements when required \n
- Manage stationery, office supplies and general office requirements \n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation \n
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders \n
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the business \n
About You \n
- \n
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience \n
- Previous experience within construction, trades or a blue-collar environment is essential \n
- Experience with invoicing and invoice approvals \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Confident managing multiple priorities \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- MYOB or similar accounting software experience needed \n
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently \n
The Opportunity \n

- $40 per hour \n
- Contract position with potential to become permanent \n
- ASAP start – immediate availability essential \n
- Supporting operations across QLD, VIC and SA \n
- Office-based role (5 days in office per week) \n
