Job description

An established Australian-owned national business is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to take ownership of recruitment across a large, multi-site frontline workforce.

This is a hands-on internal recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys high-volume recruitment, building strong relationships with operational leaders and creating reliable candidate pipelines for roles that are critical to day-to-day service delivery.

This is an opportunity to join a developing team and help shape more consistent, efficient recruitment practices.

The role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of high-volume frontline and operational roles.
  • Partner with Contract Managers and operational leaders to understand vacancy requirements, workforce demand and hiring priorities.
  • Advertise, source, screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interview and selection processes.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill frontline vacancies.
  • Support large-volume recruitment campaigns, contract growth, mobilisation activity and other workforce requirements.
  • Manage candidate communication and provide a professional, responsive recruitment experience.
  • Ensure all required pre-employment checks are completed, including work rights, police checks, medicals and other role-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with site teams on local interview coordination and site-specific onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate vacancy and candidate information within recruitment systems and workflows.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to identify bottlenecks and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Support recruitment of salaried or specialist roles when required.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate communications and service standards.

About you

  • You’ll be an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once and enjoys working closely with operational leaders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, either internally or within an agency environment.
  • Experience with high-volume or frontline recruitment and managing multiple vacancies concurrently.
  • Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing capability.
  • Confidence partnering with hiring managers and providing practical recruitment advice.
  • Strong candidate communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a disciplined approach to pre-employment compliance.
  • Confidence using applicant tracking systems, HR platforms and recruitment data.
  • A practical, energetic and solutions-focused style.

Experience recruiting within hospitality, retail, facilities management, labour hire, services, or another high-volume frontline environment would be highly regarded.
