About the Role \n

As an Automotive Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the repair process, acting as the key point of contact between customers, insurers, suppliers, and the workshop team.

Your responsibilities will include: \n

• Preparing accurate repair quotations and assessments
\n
• Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and work providers
\n
• Conducting vehicle inspections, damage assessments, and photographic records
\n
• Coordinating parts ordering to support efficient repair schedules
\n
• Monitoring repair progress and ensuring customer expectations are met
\n
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the repair journey
\n
• Working closely with technicians and production teams to achieve timely outcomes
\n
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
\n

About You \n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator within the collision repair industry
\n
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methods, and estimating practices
\n
• Experience using estimating systems such as Audanet, iBodyshop, PartsCheck , or similar platforms
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Sound computer literacy and administrative capabilities
\n
• The ability to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
