Our 10-year strategy sets an ambitious direction for Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL). Now we need the right people to help bring it to life. This is a non-ongoing opportunity for 12 months.
\n
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director, Strategy and Performance to join our Transformation Office and help drive the implementation of our strategy across the organisation. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery and people. You'll work with senior leaders, business areas and project teams to turn strategic priorities into practical action — helping determine what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and what it will take to deliver.

You'll provide trusted strategic advice, coordinate the sequencing of major initiatives, identify and manage capacity and risk, and help the organisation respond to changing priorities and impacts.
\n
You'll also have a key role in ensuring we know whether our strategy is delivering. You'll monitor progress, identify emerging issues and opportunities, and provide clear, evidence-based reporting and advice to the Executive and Board.
