IT Support - Site Coordination

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator to provide IT support across head office and construction project sites. Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a varied role covering end-user support, site deployments, hardware, networking and general IT infrastructure. Travel to project sites is required, so you will need a valid driver's licence and access to a car.

The Role

• Provide hands-on IT support across office and project sites
\n
• Set up and deploy IT environments for new construction sites
\n
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and network equipment
\n
• Manage, deploy and track IT hardware and assets
\n
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
\n
• Support networking and general IT infrastructure
\n
• Manage incidents and service requests
\n
• Support Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
\n
• Maintain IT documentation and procedures
\n

About You

\n

\n
• 3+ years' experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration
\n
• Hands-on experience with IT site deployments
\n
• Strong experience managing and troubleshooting IT hardware
\n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments
\n
• Networking and telecommunications exposureStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills
\n
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required
\n
• Valid driver's licence and access to a car
\n
• White Card, or ability to obtain one
\n

\n

Experience within construction, engineering or a multi-site environment would be highly regarded.
