\n An established and highly regarded real estate group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its dedicated property management team on the Northern Gold Coast.
\n This is an excellent opportunity to manage a well-established residential portfolio within a stable, supportive environment. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, benefit from strong systems and processes, and enjoy an early finish every Friday.

Key responsibilities \n

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
\n
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
\n
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
\n
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
\n
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
\n
• Handling tenancy enquiries and resolving issues
\n
• Preparing entry and exit documentation
\n
• Ensuring compliance with current Queensland legislation
\n
• Working closely with the wider property management team
\n

About You \n

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
\n
• A current Queensland real estate registration
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
\n
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
\n
• A calm, solutions-focused approach
\n
• Confidence using property management software
\n
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
\n
