Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and experienced Pick Packer / Warehouse Storeperson to join our talented and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, chilled environment and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is a mix of hands on and admin duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately picking and packing daily orders in a low temperature environment(-18 degrees)
\n
• Perform stock rotation to maintain product freshness
\n
• Conduct inventory counts and stocktaking as required
\n
• Ensure general operational tidiness of stock, facilities, and warehouse
\n
• Assist with receiving and dispatching deliveries
\n
• Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks
\n
• Monitor and reduce waste and product loss
\n
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
\n

KEY REQUIREMENTS

\n

\n
• A valid forklift licence (essential)
\n
• Previous experience working in low temperature environments(-18 degrees)is essential
\n
• Ability to work in cold storage environment for extended periods
\n
• Strong manual handling skills, including stacking chilled and frozen products
\n
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
\n
• Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance
\n
• Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative
\n
• Ability to work unsupervised as required
\n
• Ability to work as part of a team
\n
• Strong attention to health and safety, following safety procedures and wearing correct PPE.
