Solar Sales Consultant / Sales Agency – Residential & Commercial

BVR Energy is an established Melbourne-based Renewable Energy Retailer, Registered Electrical

Contractor (REC) and EPC service provider with approximately 10 years of experience in the solar and

battery industry. We deliver residential, commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV and battery solutions across Melbourne and Victoria, supported by an experienced in-house team of approximately half a dozen solar electricians and apprentices.

We understand that successful solar sales depend on more than simply finding customers. Customers need confidence that the company behind the proposal has the technical expertise, installation capability and ongoing support to actually deliver what has been promised.

Job Description: Field Sales Representative

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must have experience in the Solar Industry or a relevant industry.
• Must possess a keen interest in learning about new products in the industry
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Must have a professional and honest approach
• Attention to detail is essential
• Should be able to provide exceptional customer service and follow-up forreferral sales
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed are necessary
• Must be able to close the sale on the day of the visit.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understanding and responding to customer needs with prompt andexceptional service
• Helping customers find the ideal solar and battery packages that align withtheir energy requirements by using a consultative approach
• Resolving customer complaints as the first point of contact to retain their business
• Adhering to phone, computer, and CRM processes to ensure consistent quality experiences and accurate business intelligence data
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey every time by following workflows
• Maintaining expert knowledge of the product and service range provided by the company.
