With a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects, we're looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to take the lead on one of our upcoming projects valued between $20M and $30M, and journey with us for the long term.

Your Role

\n

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a residential apartment building project from groundworks to completion.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead on-site operations including subcontractors, trades, plant, and equipment.
\n
• Manage project delivery against stakeholder, time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance objectives.
\n
• Maintain and drive the construction program — anticipating and resolving issues early.
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
\n
• Champion WHS compliance through safety audits, toolbox talks, and inspections.
\n
• Mentor your site team to achieve results and live Mono's values daily.

About You

\n

We're looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing Class 2 apartment construction projects from start to finish. You will have:

\n
• 4-6+ years' site management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings
\n
• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or similar
\n
• Expertise in planning, programming, and scheduling construction works
\n
• Experience in structured, process-driven environments
\n
• Procore experience (desirable)
