About the Role
\n
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, profitability and team performance.
\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n

- Lead, motivate and develop the retail team \n
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance \n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships \n
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, promotions and inventory \n
- Monitor and improve department performance \n
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times \n
- Manage rosters and staff performance \n
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training \n
- Implement promotional campaigns and maximise sales opportunities \n
- Monitor stock loss, short-dated stock and dead stock \n
- Ensure store policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed \n
- Work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and business owners to achieve store objectives \n

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has senior retail experience \n
- Has strong leadership and people-management skills \n
- Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets \n
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills \n
- Is organised, proactive and able to multitask \n
- Has a strong understanding of stock management and visual merchandising \n
- Can coach and motivate a team to achieve results \n
- Is confident working in a busy retail environment \n
