Key responsibilities
Warmly welcoming customers, getting to know our regulars, and ensuring everyone receives helpful, compassionate service
Keeping our retail floors looking fresh, inviting, and beautifully presented with a sharp eye for merchandising
Managing inventory, tracking numbers, and making smart, data-informed buying decisions within budgets
Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to building store sales and identifying new ways to help our pharmacy grow
Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and reliably
About you
You bring warmth, strong communication skills, and an easy ability to build trust and rapport with customers
You have a solid grasp of stock management, purchasing, and sales tracking to help keep the business thriving
You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, stay organized, and lead by example on the shop floor
