The Advertising Specialist will support the company's advertising and marketing activities. The role involves developing promotional campaigns and identifying opportunities to reach target customers. The position will analyse market information and monitor advertising performance.

The successful candidate will contribute to customer engagement, sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Develop and implement advertising plans that support business sales targets and increase awareness of the company's products and services.
\n
• Identify customer trends and target-market opportunities by reviewing market information, customer behaviour and relevant industry data.
\n
• Coordinate advertising projects from initial concept through to publication, working with internal teams and external creative, media and digital service providers.
\n
• Prepare and manage promotional content for websites, social media and other communication channels to maintain consistent and engaging brand messaging.
\n
• Conduct market research and assess competitor activity to identify opportunities for improving product positioning, promotions and customer reach.
\n
• Review the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities using campaign results, website performance, customer engagement and other relevant measures.
\n
• Provide recommendations on promotional approaches, pricing presentation, product positioning and distribution channels based on market findings and business objectives.
\n
• Prepare regular advertising performance reports and use campaign and market data to recommend improvements to future marketing activities and digital content.

Skills and Qualifications \n

\n
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field.
\n
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in advertising, marketing or a closely related role
\n
• Strong understanding of advertising planning, market research and promotional strategies.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign and market data.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to coordinate multiple advertising activities while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
