Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Settlers Inn

We’re searching for a dedicated Guest Services Attendant who brings an outstanding work ethic, great efficiency, and a hands-on approach to both indoor upkeep and light yard work.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. making beds, operating heavy cleaning equipment, turning mattresses, and moving linen carts or supply deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
• You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
• You take pride in your work and it shows
• Must have a manual drivers license in order to drive work vehicle
