Warehouse All‑Rounder – Day & PM Shifts Tullamarine | Casual | Day: $33.85 per hour | PM: $37.91 per hour

A leading power tools warehouse located in Tullamarine is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse All‑Rounders to join their busy team across Day and PM shifts.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for flexible casual warehouse work in a modern and fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will work across a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, tugger picking, RF picking, packing and outbound dispatch.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Day Shift – $33.85 per hour

• 10:00am – 2:00pm
• 2–3 shifts per week

PM Shift – $37.91 per hour

• Standard PM shift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
• Flexible part‑time shifts may also be available:
  • 1:00pm – 5:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 6:00pm
• 2–3 shifts per week
• Open to candidates looking for part‑week work
• Flexible shift combinations may be available depending on business requirements

About the Role Your duties may include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock
• Checking deliveries and assisting with receiving processes
• Put‑away and stock allocation
• Tugger picking and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• RF scanning and picking customer orders
• Picking and packing power tools and accessories
• Working with GTP (Goods‑to‑Person) automated picking systems
• Stock replenishment and maintaining picking locations
• Preparing orders for outbound dispatch
• Checking product codes, quantities and order details
• Packing, labelling and staging orders for courier and freight collection
• Assisting with stock movements and inventory checks
• Identifying and reporting shortages, damaged stock or discrepancies
• Meeting daily warehouse targets while maintaining accuracy
• Manual handling and moving cartons up to 20kg
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Assisting across all warehouse areas as required

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous warehouse, receiving, picking, packing or dispatch experience preferred
• Tugger picking or warehouse equipment experience highly regarded
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Receiving and put‑away experience preferred
• Exposure to GTP/automation picking systems highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work across multiple warehouse functions
• Ability to lift and move cartons up to 20kg
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to successfully complete a police check
